WHO WE ARE

As the Founder and President of Theorem Audit and Accounting (a Joint Venture Audit Firm) it's Mark's desire to use his experience and ability for the clients we serve.

Mark has been working in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 35 years and having the benefit of his education, previous mentors and work experience allows him to provide his experience and knowledge to his clients and staff.

Working for Small, Medium and Large industry companies including both the upstream and the midstream sectors this allows Mark to have a unique view of the industry. Through his career Mark has worked in General Accounting, Production and Revenue Accounting, Financial Reporting, Contract Management, Joint Venture Accounting and Joint Venture Audit and Management. 

Mark is on the Board of Directors of the the PJVA (Petroleum Joint Venture Association) serving as the Director of Seminars within the education portfolio.

Mark is a Certified Professional Accountant and has completed the Cappa Certificate, Computer Programming and Operating from McKay Computer College and the Accounting Technician Certificate from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
